Set Up Instructions
Information for Booth Setup
Please plan to have your booth materials delivered or dropped of to SECOND Floor - prior to the morning of October 25th. Our staff will have all of your materials waiting for you at your booth ready to go! All you have to do is set up —no hauling, dragging or carrying. We will do the heavy lifting!
If you choose to bring your materials the day of, please arrive at the side door on West 30th Street and notify one of our staff members. We'll carry your materials for you.
You may begin to set-up anytime after 7 am.
Breakfast and registration begin at 8am and the first session is at 9am.

Shipping to SECOND Floor
Shipments will be accepted for the event on or after
October 18th, 2018 at the following address:

Please note that this is street-side delivery. If you have a delivery that requires the loading dock, please contact Julie (email@example.com), for vehicle restrictions and insurance requirements. The dock is open 24 hours
Shipping from SECOND Floor
Please bring your own packing materials. We do not have packing materials or staff available to assist.
All pickups must be packed and brought to the stage door prior to your departure.
SECOND Floor does not have regularly scheduled pickups from any shipping company. Please inform our stage door attendant once you have scheduled a pickup.
